Refund policy
Rishi Sagar offers a 2-day return window. This means you must raise a return or exchange request within 2 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
For a return or exchange to be approved, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and packed exactly as received. Please keep the original packaging intact and ensure the invoice is available during the return pickup. Products that have been used are not eligible for return or exchange.
When Returns/Exchanges Are Accepted
Returns and exchanges are accepted only in specific cases. These include receiving a damaged product, receiving an incorrect item, finding the product seal broken at the time of delivery, or receiving a product that was already expired before delivery. Orders placed during a sale period and items purchased under the gifting category are not eligible for return or refund. Any issue related to the order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and a complete unboxing video is required for verification.
Return Pickup Process
If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will arrange a pickup from the same address where the order was delivered. You will be notified with the expected pickup date once the request is approved.
Delivery Discrepancies (Report Within 48 Hours)
If your order is marked as delivered but you notice any discrepancy, please reach out to us within 48 hours. Timely reporting helps us investigate and resolve the concern smoothly.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests are considered only if the order has not been shipped. If the cancellation is approved, you will receive a full refund of the paid amount. Rishi Sagar reserves the right to cancel or reject an order in certain situations, such as stock unavailability, pricing or information errors, or concerns identified with customer details.
Refund Process
To ensure smooth support in case of missing or incorrect items, we recommend recording a clear unboxing video when you receive your parcel, showing the shipping label and the contents properly. If your refund request is approved, the product must be handed over in its original packaging during pickup. Once the item reaches our warehouse, our team will inspect it, and the refund will be processed based on the condition assessment.
