Besan Ladoo prepared with Rishi Sagar A2 Cow Desi Ghee carries a rich aroma, smooth texture, and traditional taste that brings warmth to every occasion. Slow roasting the besan in pure ghee enhances both flavour and texture, making these ladoos perfect for festivals, family gatherings, or simple sweet cravings.
Ingredients for a tasty Sweet
Place a heavy-bottom pan on low heat and add Rishi Sagar A2 Cow Desi Ghee. Allow it to melt gently.
Add besan to the pan and roast on a low flame. Stir continuously to avoid burning and ensure even roasting.
Continue roasting for 10–12 minutes until the besan turns golden and releases a nutty aroma.
Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes so the sugar does not melt completely when added.
Mix in powdered sugar, cardamom powder, and chopped nuts. Combine well.
While the mixture is still warm, shape it into small round ladoos using your palms.
