Wash and soak the sabudana until the pearls become soft and separate.
Heat Rishi Sagar A2 Cow Desi Ghee and add cumin seeds.
Add green chillies and potatoes. Cook until the potatoes become soft.
Add soaked sabudana and rock salt. Cook until the pearls turn translucent.
Add crushed peanuts and lemon juice. Mix gently to combine.
